Grandfamilies Place of Phoenix is a unique, affordable housing development tailored to the needs of seniors and families. With 56 two and three-bedroom units, provides comfortable and affordable housing for multi-generational families.

The property features a solar panel array that provides power for the common areas and the club house. The solar installation was made possible by a rebate from the Salt River Project utility company.
Grandfamilies Place is co-owned by local non-profit Tanner Properties Inc. This $11.5 million development was financed through a combination of public and private monies, including HOME program funding from the City of Phoenix, Low Income Housing Tax Credits awarded by the Arizona Department of Housing and private lending by Chase and UCRC. Construction was completed in July 2012 by TOFEL Construction.
